Collaborations with schools to raise awareness

Lycee Jules Verne produced a wonderful video to tell the story of owlproject.org and what we are doing to combat rodents and owl mythology - both entrenched in South African Townships.

The students from the French school spent a day at Zenzeleni Primary school in Alexandra Township, a disadvantaged community in South Africa.

The students’ film went on to win both the National Youth Reporter Competition for the Environment, and also an award at an international level on their feature about the work owlproject.org does in the township of South Africa to raise awareness.
